I had actuvated my DND service last year around this time only... So this means getting no promotional calls from IDEA but i still according to them got a call and which i accepted it after which my balance from Rs 25.310 went straight to Rs 0.310... After asking them they say i had activated it by the promotional call... but the whole problem is that without my knowledge this was carried out... even after registering for DND i am getting calls... And my balance was deducted... Please look into my grievance and if possible can i get my balance credited again due to faulty IDEA company
