Automatic reduction of talkvalue without information

When i called the customer care representative of idea cellular, he disconnected the call without intimation and has not listen to the problem. They have wrongly activated a service and on complaining, they are not ready to listen to the problem.

I called him up at 2:49 on 20th april' 2010.

Please do the need ful for refund of my deducted charge.
