I am the customer of idea cellular and my mobile no is 919824052906.on my mobile one internet link was sent by the company and i have just open that link for 10 second and just surf internet of 27kb and they have charged me 30rs for the downloading of wallpaper though i have not downloaded the wallpaper.and when i have a conversation with one of the executive of idea then the supervisor did not response properly and they have not given me a satisfactory answer and the supervisor name is rajiv parmar. And they didn't credited my balance back.so i request you for getting me justice for this unappropriate service.so the other customers could not sugger this kind of problem.
