About call baring

Hi,

i'm jitender malik from kaithal (HR).

my IDEA number is 9728101984.

i started a GPRS plan 249 on my number. in that plan i can surf 1GB free. but with this plan my unbilled going up as i use GPRS with 1kb/2paisa.

so when i used 100MB (100000KB) then idea charged 200000 paisa (2000 Rs)

as per use i'll use 1GB (1000 MB)(1000000 KB) than idea will charged me 2000000 paisa (20000 Rs)

after that all on the end of month they will make my bill 249 Rs.

but it all can not be becouse my cradit limit is only 500 Rs. os when i use only 25MB they done my call barred.

and now i can not use my number.

custumer care said that u have to pay 20000 Rs to 25000RS. for use your number. for a full month

now they tell me that i have to pay 25000Rs. for only 249 Rs

now my call is barred and i can not use my left 975 MB with GPRS. and at the end of month they must demond for full 249 GPRS rent and my monthly 199 Rs. rent

now what i do???

this number is very importent for me os i can not leave this number.

this number is my bussinos contact number.
