Wrong deduction and unethical behavior of customer exectuives

Some time ago I just registered a complaint against the idea network for wrongly deducting my money, they have never got back to me ever since!!! After my complaint to the consumer forum, they sent me a msg saying they have successfully reversed my money but its just in words and not it practice as my balance is the same then and now!!!
