Undue balance deduction

Sir, I have Idea Sim with No.9012785787 and activated Rs 20 per day GPRS services.

and I requested for Deactivation on 31 Aug 10 and SRNo.1-1031310627.and conform me for same for next day But deduction of balace continuose up to 6 Sep 10.i.e.loose of Rs 100 .due to that I could not make call and loose Rs 50000 from my bussiness
