Phone bill

I am in united states since June. My bill which was due in july is already paid. Before coming to US i called up IDEA to freeze my number. Now its been 4 months that they are charging me for even not using my services even when I asked them to stop.

Kindly help me. I have called several times the ISD number and call rates are very high for me to call in India. Pls look into this matter. Cant I do anything since I am not in India right now
