Documents sumission

I am using Idea connection since last 7yrs. now a days I am getting call from idea for submit photo, photo ID and address proof once again as per DOT revised guide line.

i have submitted all those require documents at the time of purchase connection. i just want to know about those documents where it is and why again Idea is asking to submit same docuements. same can be submited to DOT.
