I was using a postpaid number from Idea 9540049611 from around one year and I have always paid bills on time. My wife went my hometown on Oct 15th with this number and we forgot to pay the bills for Oct month. On 10th Nov my number got disconnected without any prior information. I got message for bill payment and tried to pay the bill online but unfortunately forgot my online account password. I tried to reset the password but was not able to do that because password is sent on the mobile number and it was disconnected. On 27th Nov I got a call from Idea about my bill payment and asked them why they have disconnected my number without any information and finally agreed to pay the bill without any late fee. I couldn't pay the bill on the same day and day after because I was busy in the office and returned very late to my home. On 29th a representative from Idea (with number 9990972749) called my parents and all my in-laws and talked in very rough language and also used abusive words about me. Its not understandable to me why this has happened and how can Idea people talk like this and ruin my image in front of my relatives. I am planning to take legal action against this because this is not acceptable and it has happened even after I was ready to make the payment.
