I am getting IDEA CELLULAR services for last 3 yrs..My mobile no is 919718063565 (Prepaid customer)... I had incorrect deduction of charges from 1/01... for GAMES DOWNLOADING without my consent (I come to know the things in last week that idea providers deducting daily 5 Rs amount from my idea pre paid account without knowing me)... I tried IDEA customer care many times they always told me the new way of deactivating the service but none of them work. From 1st jan 100 Rs has been deducted from my account. Also no customer care Executive is responding. Please help me out, So i can use services of Idea Cellular properly.
