I was using idea from last 4 years but one day they stopped my incoming calls. the customer care is pathetic they never get connected so went to idea center to submit docs again but, but till date my number is not activated I send 10 mail to idea care but no response and finally I have to take new number (airtel).
my advice is to stay away from idea.
