Wrong charges

I was travelling in the last month, and idea was charging me roaming but when i came back from my vacation it was still charging me roaming . after that i even put an sms vocher in it but it was not woking . i am very annoyed with these charges and i have wasted my money . i want idea to rectify this mistake.
