My name is Ankit Arora. I applied for porting from Reliance GSM to IDEA prepaid for my number (8010242589) on 21st january and till date (3rd feb) no porting has been done. whenever i call Idea customer care they say it will be done in few days bt no luck.
The Idea care personel has no idea why this is happening. Plz help and let me know wht to do now..
