On January 6th I received a call from Idea Cellular - dealer - Kwik Enterprises (Add: Bld no 14, shop# 6 Mhada Residential Complex Near Barista, Lokhandwala, Andheri W- Mumbai-400 053). offering me a better Mobile plan from Idea if I decide to switch from Airtel and if my usage is more than Rs500.
I wanted to try-out this service so I gave an appointment on 7th January and handed over my personal document along with a cheque (chq# 34076 dt 01/07/11- cashed). I was promised that my new number will be activated within 4hrs after verification of my documents. My promised new number was never activated, I called Kwik but received only commitments but nothing was done, they offered me to return my Documents and the advance cheque I paid, but that too was not refunded, I called Idea customer care and logged a complaint on 14th January complaint # 17719 the number offered me was 8108333220. they gave me an assurance that they will look into this matter and get back to me by Feb 02.
I have not received any communication from Idea nor Kwik enterprises, I am not worried for my money which went off but for my personal documents which are with Kwik Enterprises.
At this point I don’t know what should I do. Please Help.
