My Mobile Number:9666110677 changed from post paid to pre-paid on 25th Jan after using for one year, submitted all the necessary documents IDEA CELLULAR office at MVP double road, Visakhapatnam. But my connection is stopped after 15 days even I reminded them several times and resubmitted the documents again. My connection need to be restored immediately.
