Great Idea of robbery

I am using idea connection for last 10 yr, i have opted for new billing plan from dec but unfortunately they are charging additional charges like SMS offer and Friends and Family pack charges in my last bill. When i called customer care they told me that i have to make separate request for changing my plan and additional features in my plan also.

This is just like robbery in day light
