Incorrect balance deduction

Hello sir, i am an idea mobile service user.sir i have 57 Rs. balance yesterday, now i have only 17 Rs and i dint make many calls.and also i tried to complaint in customer care but they never pick my call.it is not happen first time, many times they do this thing, its my request to do some thing against them
