Service not start yet even all document was submited

I have already submitted all the document as required by Idea Cellular on 19th Fabrury at Idea Shopee but service yet not start. Idea shopee's memeber asked me that already send all document to Idea head office. but customer care asked me that document are not received yet. Please take some action against this complaint. and Start my connection asap.
