Sir, I am a customer of idea cellular mobile phones. I have three mobile nos on my name, 9705488122, 9705388122, 9951088122 with the company. On 17th Jan.2011 I called on the customer care and requested for mailing my bill to my email id. They said it will be done in two days but they failed to do so. Again I recently called them for the same, they said that my email id was wrongly taken and hence corrected and the bills will be despatched in two hours. Again they failed to attend to my needs. The company's customer service is very bad and needs redressal to my problem immediately.
