IDEA Cellular: WORST SERVICES EVER I HAVE USED: MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY
SINCE LAST ONE WEEK I AM SENDING SMS TO 1900 FOR MNP BUT NO RESPONSE. I JUST GET A RESPONSE MSG. "YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN RECEIVED, WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU... EVEN I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE OF IDEA FOR ALMOST 30-40 TIMES DAILY BUT SEEMS THEY ARE JUST PLAYING GAME OF TRANSFERRING CALLS TO OTHER COLEAGUES. AND EVEN THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 20-25 MINS AND FINALLY THEY PUT U ON HOLD AND FORGET THE CALL. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS..
CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ME HOW TO GO FOR A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE GUYS OR HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE CONSUMER COURT COMPLAINTS...
