Complaint against GPRS uses charges

I am having Idea postpaid connection, no 9540802900. Currently 249

combo plan is activated on my connection and accordining to this plan

1 GB of GPRS data is free.

From last two bills (Feb & March), I have been charged Rs 0.40 and Rs

761.23 against GPRS uses.

I had called Idea customer care three times and every time their

representative denied to take my complaint as my bills were not

accesible to them.
