Default Nos. trap strategy

Dear Sir,

I had gone for new mobile No.9714611366 (idea cellular) for my home use for the first time. Few days back my wife used the call & then from his mobile a default No.55181 was unknowingly pressed which after 39 minutes came to know (billed Rs.251.64, call timing was 9.30 P.M.) by my daughter came to know that this mobile phone is ON, seeing the No.55181 tag name Ganesha, she immediately switched OFF.

The complaint was lodged to local idea office where they replied that this is a default no with new SIM Card & this no.was dialed from your mobile hence you have to pay. The conversation started as follows..

Ques.: Why this type of default nos. in new SIM card except customer care.

Ans: Company provide such default nos.in new SIM& if not required you delete it.

Ques: Why customer should delete, you should not provide, why company engaged in such activities which causes disputes.

Ans: No reply.

Ques: with above no.dialed no talk /querry done only silence mode costed this bill of Rs.251.64, if it was not identified till morning & bill of Rs. 5000 levied, shall it be paid by any of the customer.

Ans: No reply.

Ques.: Lodge my above Complaint to your office, upon satisfactory reply only I shall pay the bill or shall discontinue all my nos.(4 nos.) with idea

Ans: Complaint register.

I require satisfactory & convincing reply, why should customer suffer & trapped with such strategy.
