Customer service of Idea cellular company is very poor. I am working and i use to pay my bill online. but this time i could not pay bill because their website was under construction and i was not aware of. after so many calls i could reach one executive who told me about VISA pay bills. i did my payment done. but still not got any updates. they are sending me sms and calling again and again and asking if you will not pay your services will be cut. this is not genuine. whenever i am trying to call no one picks call. i dont know what to do but why should i suffer due to their poor services.
