I am using the above given idea mobile no. since past 4 years. It was prepaid no. with life time incoming scheme activated in it. It was disconnected for want of document. After supplying of neccesary document for 2 times the mobile no. has not been activated. Kindly allow my complaint as a consumer complaint and act accordingly in the interest of justice.
