Wrong unique port code

Dear Sir,

I vipin kumar is a costumer of Idea mobile services and my no is 9891199543. I applied for the number portability facility to switch over to Vodafone. I requested for the porting code which is ID322717 upc. On submission to vodafone i was told that the code is invalid.

I walked to costumer care office and again requested to solve the problem but no any satisfactory solution is provided by Idea Costumer care.

In view of the above it is requested to provide me the detailed information about the invalid porting code.
