My phone non 9947171101 (pre paid) had a cash balance of more than rs. 200/- on 27.5.2011. On 28th May, my balance was reduced to rs.11/- without making any call. I had recharged Rs. 222 on 28th May. My balance was reduced to zero on 28th. Again I recharged with Rs. 50 on28th. Again my balance was reduced to zero. Once again i recharged with Rs. 50 on 29th. I contacted Customer care at Cochin. Their reply was that i had used Internet on my mobile. I have not used Internet on my mobile justifying such huge deduction. I tried to send my complaint through email to customercare. The mail was returned to me saying that the email id of customer care is disabled. i have seen that the customer care of idea cellular is name sake and they dont care about anything else but making money by such unlawful means. I am seriously thinking about discarding my connection with idea and will also discourage my friends in using idea cellular.
