Sir/Madam,
I have an Idea cellular connection in my name for which I have duly made all the payments but still my phone has been disconnected due to the internal mismanagement of Idea.
Kindly advise as to the resolution of the problem as I have already contacted the Nodal Officer numerous times but this has not been resolved.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Idea postpaid user with the number 991 114 5252. I had duly made the payment for my bill (due date 18.05.2011) for Rs. 463.36 vide cheque no. 508882 drawn on Bank of Baroda on 19.05.2011. This payment was debited from my Bank account on 24.05.2011.
I have received numerous calls daily from the Idea Collection Centre since 25.05.2011 regarding this payment with the caller being highly rude and ill mannered. She has also said things like calling me a liar and that I have not deposited any money.
I would also like to bring to your notice that I have not received any paper bill for the past 2 months. Upon enquiring from your customer care, I was told that I had requested for bills to be sent on my mail. But, I have not made any such request. Even then, I am not receiving any bills on my email.
I am severely disappointed with the unorganized manner in which the payments are processed with Idea. I am constantly being harassed for no fault of mine as I have not received any bills but still have made the payments. The outgoing facility on my number is blocked causing me lots of inconvenience, although I have communicated the details of the cheque to your customer care 2 days back.
I believe this is gross deficiency of service by Idea and you are requested to resolve the matter at the earliest."
