I am a Idea customer with my mobile no 9702497150 (mumbai circle)
The outgoing calls has been barred by the service provider without prior information. The message repeatedly requests me to contact the customer service centre. however the idea customer care was not reacheable from the same idea no. because of the barred service. so how they can expect me to call back to them. after many failed attempts i called idea customer care through alternate no. and got a reply that the services are deactivated because the documents submitted to them (almost three years before) were invalid. Was the company sleeping for the last three years that suddenly they have wakened from their sleep. I requested the executive to connect me to their senior but was in vain even after holding the call for more than five minutes. Maybe no senior was available becasue of sunday (must be busy with their family) as always family or other assignments come first and not the customers.
My questions raised in the complaint are:
Is Idea responsible for any loss to me (profesional or personal or financial) due to the poor service and communication as i am presently government employee employed as a consultant.
what is the relaibility of the service as whenever they can discontinue the service without any intimation
how secured is their service if their validation process take palce after three years.
