Services stopped even after doc submission

I have taken a Idea prepaid connection (Phone No.8605159336) from Phalak Mobiles, NIBM road. I submiited the documents twice within a month at the shop Phalak Mobiles and still I got a message from Idea that documents are not there so we are barring your service. Voter ID xerox and photos were submitted and this may be misused to get another connection without my knowing if it has not been submitted. I called up Idea main office and went to local office. They say they cannot do anything and I need to resubmit in main office the documents . where didi my documents go? the shop says they have given the documents.
