Starts the additional service without any prior information

Dear Sir,

Idea Cellular has started an additional facility on my mobile named "Call Conferencing" without informing me. When I saw my postpaid bill, it was charged in the bill. Then I wrote a mail regarding this to customer care. No Reply. No reply to my subsequent reminders also. Then I tried to call CC. The person explained me that this facility was provided to you free for 3 months and then from last month it is charged to you. However I have not asked for it. He said, Idea started this service on their own for you. Even after this complaint, they have charged me. This is ridiculus. I have not used this service even once.

Mobile service providers SHOULD NOT provide any additive chargable service by default. It should be avoided. Kindly do the needful.
