Idea Cellular has disconnected the lifetime prepaid connection for my cell phone no. 9640743750 claiming that it has been inactive for 90 days, despite the connection having been used till the date that the connection has been deactivated. On contacting customer case, the Idea Cellular representative stated that the system indicates non-usage for a period of 90 days and therefore the deactivation has been made and cannot be re-connected.
