I m Idea consumer

I am trying to change my connection to Vodafone

I generated port code twice and submitted it to Vodafone but every time idea is rejecting that code

n when ask to customer care exe he asks to go to service o/l

i went to mahatma ngr centre, they also did nt replied well n told its Vodafones prblm

when contacted further they (Idea) told to wait till new code generated, i still wait n generated new code

again idea rejected it

there is no error with Vodafone

Pls guide me
