Wrong and unwanted balance deduction

Hi

I am using idea #9964895168 from long time. On last 20th Aug 74 rupee balance was deducted from my a/c when I confirmed with Customer care they told they can see that balance in my account details but when i try to call somebody its saying low balance when i check the balance it shows 19 paise. and customer care guys response was pathetic when i try to call once again i was not able to call and got message like try after 24hrs
