I have purchased new 3g sim of idea for my blackberry, as i would like to activate my bb services on mobile i have been calling to customer car and bb help desk for last 4 days i havent got correct response . then after a furstated swap of calls from customer service and bb help desk of idae cellular i called up t o198 complaint an executive with an rude attitude receive and haven't took my complaint. as i was using airtel services in 2g it good one i now appele all the people not to purchase idea 3g or for bb services jr bacchan you should stop promoting the 3g ur reputation is has been sucked finally for the ceo if u cant help elf ur customers problems then go for a business for vegetable vendor ur services sucks ur executive dosent have any information about ur company
check ur records for details you might have recording all the call to train ur asshole executives.
