MNP REQUEST IS NOT PROCESSED

This is to inform you that I have applied for the MNP request Dated: 11-08 In spite of providing the port code on 11-08 along with the KYC documents, till date i am unable to use other service provider service, as IDEA is not releasing/approving the MNP request.

In spite taking so much follow up with customer care they are not processing the transfer request.

The IDEA number from which I want to get rid of: 9850082856
