Payment Issue

Dear Sir,

I recharged my Prepaid Mobile (9568416655) on 8th Sep 2011. Payment was successful from the Credit card company and the same got confirm the online recite generated but remark is mentioned on the recite that rechage is not successful and so Payment revesal will be done. When i confirmed the same from the customer care, I was told that either payment will be reversed in the card or mobile will be rechared in next 24 Hours. Its more than 24 Hours now but neither mobile is rechared not payment have reverced in my card.

I check with the credit card company and they confirmed that the payment has been made and pending for the approval from IDEA Cellular. They told me that the transaction can be cancelled only if IDEA confirms it. They helped me with the aproval code (861695) which if IDEA confrims on even mail that the transaction should be cancelled they would cancel the transaction. I call up the IDEA helpline then thereafter but no body is giving any satisfactory reply on the same.

Kindly look into the matter anf either get my phone rechaged or reverse the money in my card.
