I have a Prepaid connection. Have enabled RC98, Data connection with Free usage upto 2GB, last month.
From the last 2 days, I am receiving innumerable messages about the data usage, on screen and Text messages, almost every 5 minutes. please stop thema s they irritate the customer with too much information which is not required. send a message a day of the total data used and the data available or inform him when the data limit is going to be crossed.
THe customer care is worst ever. No compliants are taken and they dont understand the requirement of the customer!
