Few days ago idea launched its 3g service in Ranchi, Jharkhand. City is filled with boards saying 3g idea, i even called the customer care to activate my 3g service, custreomer ca confirmed that 3g is activated in my cell no[9525107325].it has been around 15 days since i last availed my 3g service .every time i call customer care they say its active on your phone, reboot your phone, it will be their soon.i asked my friends who are using idea they too are not receiving any 3g service.
