Disconunation of service without any prior information

Hi, I am Dr Ravindra Kharat an idea customer, the company suddenly stop my services, i talked with with customer care for the same, the cannot satisfy me, i reached to my idea he called again to his coordinator n his officials but still the problem is persisting.my services are discontinued from 10th nov to till date, kindly help me to resolve this problem because i have given this no to all my patients.please help me.my mail id is [email protected] and the faulty no is 9822281494
