Non Activation of service

Hi,

My Cell Number is 8889290009.

I have been requesting idea for last 1 month to activate my call conference services, but they have not done it till now, nor are they able to give me any reason for rejection of my request. Every time they give me new complain reference number and close my old one.

My Complain Reference Numbers are : 147473155, 147553955, 147564374, 147564386, 147566874, 147573288.

Request you to look into my complain as soon as possible, as its difficult to do business without this service.

It is frustrating to go to there office every time stand in queue and come back with no answer.
