3G services

Dear Sir

I am regular customer of Idea cellular.and regularly paying the bill.

this service I got throught Corporate scheme.

my cell no is 8975752891 and 8975752892.(CUG)

Now through i have got the bill for the month of Nov is Rs 1899.

but as per my previous usage its not more than Rs 900.

then i gave a call to customer care of IDEA, then i came to know

that without informing me idea has activated the 3G services to my cell and

its charges are added with my monthly bill.

Now my request is to that idea should deduct the charges of 3G servies

and send me the rest of the bill.

if idea have some evidences regarding my acceptance for activation of 3G services.

kindly provide me .(which is not possible at all)

Here in Nashik Nobody is responding me despite regular phone call.

Kindly do the needful..
