I have been troubled by Idea cellular customer care services. I have a postpaid connection and i have been making my bill payments regularly. Unfortunaterly for last month of february i inadvertently made a partial payment of Rs 500 towards the Rs854 bill.
I received a message on the 4th of march stating that the amount is due and I promptly made the payment on 5th of march. Inspite of that they have not activated my connection inspite of having shared the payment details over email.
The customer care is too dumb to understand the urgency of the issue. I am have recently shifted to mumbai and my parents are facing a tough time in contacting me.
Its just not important to hire big film stars to promote this product. please improve your service.
