On 11/03 Monday Idea Cellular company suddenly deducted balance of Rs. 40/- from my account. When I call to customer care regarding this matter they simply refuse my complaint by informing me that i have downloaded some contents, but in my knowledge and beliefs i did not download any contents and no such message came on my mobile. So, kindly lodge my complaints against Idea Cellular and force them to refund my balance.
