My Numbers are not working

Hi,

I am using Only 2 Idea Numbers : 9990178076 and 8750178444.

Both the numbers are not working from today afternoon.

I have talked with Idea Relationship center and they have said that there are some amount pended for my numbers. But as per my knowledge there are no pending for my numbers.

Please activate my numbers and provide me details about the pending as soon as possible.
