Respected sir/madem, i use idea services as my mobile provider. A few days before i requested for mobile number portablaity. Last day i.e. 19/04 i recived a call from idea cellular. He asked me to recharge my own no. 9509592023 with a special recharge of Rs.19.By which i would get reduced call charges i.e. 1p/2s for 90 days on local network. I made this recharge last night but by morning also i not got benifit. When i called customer care they told that you will be charged 30p/min. And this scheme is also for just 10 days. They cheated me. This is not first time they did this many times before also. My cell no. Is 9509592023. I hope you will make right judgement now.
