Incoming cal has barred

Hello sir,

My idea prepaid no is 9739535130. I have migrated this no from postpaid to prepaid on 12th May. This no is activated on 14th May for prepaid.

But till now incoming call is barred for this no. I called customer care a lot of times. I submitted my documents again on 23rd May to the nearest idea outlet. They told that it would be resolved within 3 days. Because of this incoming call barred, I am facing so many problems.

If I am not able to make outgoing, I can use some other no for temporary. But incoming is barred means, It should be resolved immediately.

I am not happy with your service.

Kindly do the needful immediately.
