Invalid Balance Deduction

Hello,

On 27-05, I got SMS from Idea Cellular about free 100 (Local National) SMS everyday for 10 Days. But On 29-05, when I have sent 4 SMS and I found that Rs.6 has been deducted from my account balance.

When I have called in Customer Care about this issue, they have denied to accept that they have not sent any SMS about Free 100 SMS for 10 days and refused to give me my balance back.

So, Here I come to register my complain about inappropriate service by Idea. Hope I will get quick reply soon.
