SIR,
I Rajkumar B Gupta mobile no 9422014120 have port in IDEA from Vodafone on 16-06 from “My IDEA franchise AVIRAT MOBICOM” Chinchwadgaon. After submitting all documents & address verification, my number was activated in IDEA on above date. Due to negligence of above “My IDEA franchise AVIRAT MOBICOM” not forwarded my documents to the company in time because of which my mobile outgoing was stop from 22-06.
After my visit on 22-06 & 23-06 I have been given only assurance that my mobile outgoing will start immediately, but to my surprise after having a talk on 12345 customer care executive, the document is not submitted till time by “ AVIRAT MOBICOM”, due to which now I am facing following problems:-
1) Again where I should submit the documents so that my mobile outgoing will start
2) Is “ AVIRAT MOBICOM “ doesn’t know what documents to be collected as per company norms.
3) Unless & Until without proper document how the franchise has issued idea sim card which was activated & address verification was done by concern company person.
4) Why customer should suffer due to “ AVIRAT MOBICOM” negligence
5) Will company penalize the franchise negligence
So please have a talk with your franchise & solve the above problem at earlier.
