Dear Sir,
I am a regular Lifetime customer of IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED from
23-05, but from 09-12 when I try to make a call, Service
Provider software says your validity has been expired, I also cannot
make a call to Customer Care.
When I made a call on 09-12 in the morning to customer care from
a different Idea No. 9795602782, the Customer Care Executive has not
reply a satisfactory answer and cannot resolved my problem till now.
The operator also deduct Re. 1.00 from the balance of above said no.
Kindly resolve the above said problem as soon as possible, therefore I
continue use the services of Idea.
