Sir, i have purchased a prepaid mobile connection from idea cellular services. i even provided the proof of documents at the time of purchasing. Due to orders given by trai, on dec 28 i have
submitted once again the proof of documents at nearest idea service center and they did not give me any reference id and told that i can continue using the service uninterruptedly.
But suddenly in jun they barred the services on this no through which i cant able to make out going calls and cant receive incoming calls. i had to ask the friends help to make contact to the
customer care people . i have made around nearly 30 calls and 15 sms to them. every time when i call them they used to tell me that it will be resolved with in 24hrs. And the problem was not solved
for 7 days. and on 8th day i went back to the idea customer care center and they then gave me a reference id:987509 and they told that they forgot to give me on the date of submission of the
documents. after when i receive the number i have once again make call to them and after making a lot of requests they resolved this problem finally after 14 days... and after resolving this problem they
reverified the details of me and promise me that this will not be repeated once again in future... during these days i have faced a severe problem... lost my job and faced the mental and psychological
tensions...
And again they did the same mistake . on 8 mar they once again put this no in suspended list. and till now i have made 15 calls and requested them to resolve it. they are not responding to it...
and still it was not been rectified...
now i have finally decided to proceed legally...
Product caused inconveniences; the prepaid service was
barred for 12 days inspite of submitting the proof of documents
with in time..
and now again they caused the same problem once again due
to which i had to loss business and also faced mental pressure
and tension and suffered from health problems...
i have made around 15 calls and 15 sms to the concerned
people...
and i even sent a mail to them also...
i want the company to Pay compensation for damages / inconveniences caused by the
product
